A sesame seed paste made from 100% sesame seeds. The seeds are gently roasted to release their subtle nutty flavour and are then ground into a smooth, creamy paste for a rich finish. Widely used in North African, Middle Eastern, Greek and Turkish cuisine, tahini is served as a dip on its own, or used to make a dressing, or as an essential ingredient in Houmous or Baba Ganoush.
